What is the rationale for this request?
Reduce the unnecessary updates to puml images in test sites resulting in always needing to discard these changes before committing to vcs

❗ changes can still occur due to differences in environments (e.g. different graphviz versions)

Add -nometadata option to puml command

Proposed commit message: (wrap lines at 72 characters)
Disable puml metadata output

Puml metadata output causes frequent, unnecessary changes to generated
puml images in the test sites.

Let's disable this as such.
